Cooling Cucumber Crispbreads
There’s something about cucumber rounds that instantly transport us to the spa. Create a little home spa moment for yourself with this cooling cucumber crispbread and use the remaining cucumber, lemon and mint to make some delicious, refreshing cucumber-infused water to enjoy alongside.

- 4 Wasa® Gluten Free Original Crispbreads
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 Lemon zest and juice
- 8 thin cucumber slices
- A sprig of fresh mint
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, honey and lemon juice to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Spread a thick layer of yogurt over each of your Wasa Gluten Free Original crispbreads.
- Top each crispbread with two cucumber slices, lemon zest, a few fresh mint leaves and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Then sit back and enjoy!
- And if you want some cucumber-infused water to complete your spa-inspired moment, just add a handful of cucumber slices, a thinly sliced lemon and a few sprigs of fresh mint to a large pitcher or mason jar and refrigerate for an hour.
