Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

  • 1 Package Gelatin any flavor
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 1/2 Cup Peaches sliced
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese sliced


  1. Place gelatin and boiling water in blender and blend for one second.
  2. Add the peaches and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a container and chill until firm.
