Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup light
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 5 Cups Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Cereal
- 2 Cups Snyder's of Hanover Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch pan, or two 8×8 inch pans.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup.
- Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from microwave and str in peanut butter until thoroughly blended.
- Add in the cereal, pretzels, and chocolate chips, and stir until evenly coated.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Allow to cool, and cut into bars.
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperate for two days, or place in freezer bags in air-tight container and freeze.
