Crispy Marshmallow Pretzel Bars

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Corn Syrup light
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 5 Cups Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 2 Cups Snyder's of Hanover Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips


  1. Grease a 9×13 inch pan, or two 8×8 inch pans.
  2. In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup.
  3. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from microwave and str in peanut butter until thoroughly blended.
  5. Add in the cereal, pretzels, and chocolate chips, and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Press into prepared pan.
  7. Allow to cool, and cut into bars.
  8. Store in an air-tight container at room temperate for two days, or place in freezer bags in air-tight container and freeze.
