Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds

  • 8 Ounces Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Cups Unsalted Raw Almonds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until melted.
  2. Stir the almonds into the chocolate, and toss until well coated.
  3. Place the chocolate covered almonds onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
