'Dressed to Kale' Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 gluten-free Plain Crust
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup fresh kale, stemmed and chopped
- 1 cup butternut squash or pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425oF
- Heat oil in medium skillet. Add kale, cook until slightly wilted, and then remove from hot stovetop
- Remove your gluten-free crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface
- Pat yourself on the back for eating healthy yet delicious food
- Spread butternut squash or pumpkin puree evenly over your gluten-free plain crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges
- Top your crust with cooked kale, and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds and feta
- Bake for 12 - 15 mins, or until crust appears golden-brown
