'Dressed to Kale' Pizza

  • 1 gluten-free Plain Crust
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 cup butternut squash or pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425oF
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet. Add kale, cook until slightly wilted, and then remove from hot stovetop
  3. Remove your gluten-free crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface
  4. Pat yourself on the back for eating healthy yet delicious food
  5. Spread butternut squash or pumpkin puree evenly over your gluten-free plain crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges
  6. Top your crust with cooked kale, and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds and feta
  7. Bake for 12 - 15 mins, or until crust appears golden-brown
