Gluten-Free Canadian Bacon & Veggie Sheet Pan Pizza
Easy to make and great for a group, this gluten-free pizza topped with plenty of Canadian bacon, cheese and veggies is perfect for your next family dinner or get-together.

Ingredients
- For Pizza Crust:
- 3/4 cup Water (110 – 120 degrees F)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pizza Toppings:
- 1 6 oz package Jones Canadian Bacon, diced or cut into strips
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
- Veggies of choice, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapenos, fresh garlic and onions, diced
Instructions
- Place your baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven, and turn oven to 425 F.
- Mix water, sugar and yeast and let rest for about 5 minutes, until it looks frothy or foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add egg, oil, vinegar and yeast mixture, and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Using a spatula rubbed with oil (the dough will be sticky), transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and place on baking sheet.
- Oil your hands and spread dough into a rectangular shape to fit your baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Pull from oven and add pizza sauce, Canadian Bacon, cheese and veggie toppings of choice and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly!
