Gluten-Free Canadian Bacon & Veggie Sheet Pan Pizza

Easy to make and great for a group, this gluten-free pizza topped with plenty of Canadian bacon, cheese and veggies is perfect for your next family dinner or get-together.

  • For Pizza Crust:
  • 3/4 cup Water (110 – 120 degrees F)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pizza Toppings:
  • 1 6 oz package Jones Canadian Bacon, diced or cut into strips
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • Veggies of choice, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapenos, fresh garlic and onions, diced


  1. Place your baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven, and turn oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix water, sugar and yeast and let rest for about 5 minutes, until it looks frothy or foamy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add egg, oil, vinegar and yeast mixture, and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Using a spatula rubbed with oil (the dough will be sticky), transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Oil your hands and spread dough into a rectangular shape to fit your baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Pull from oven and add pizza sauce, Canadian Bacon, cheese and veggie toppings of choice and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly!
