Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are open to your own imaginative interpretation. Try butterscotch chips and toasted salted pecans, or white chocolate and cranberries, in place of the chocolate chips.

- 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
