Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Can Tropical Fruit drained and diced
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Bell Pepper red, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/3 Pounds Salmon filets

Instructions

  1. Stir together mustard, honey, hot-pepper sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in small bowl.
  2. Combine tropical fruit, avocado, onion, bell pepper, lime juice and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover; refrigerate salsa until ready to serve.
  3. Grill or broil salmon for 4 to 5 minutes, brushing with honey- mustard glaze; turn over.
  4. Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes more or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining glaze.
  5. Serve salmon with tropical fruit salsa.
