Gluten Free Mini Pizza Crispbread

This mini pizza recipe can be doubled and served to guests as appetizers or made as a quick snack. This recipe using Wasa® Gluten Free Sesame and Sea Salt Crispbread is easy to make, serve and eat.

  • 1 slice Wasa® Gluten Free Crispbread
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on Wasa® Crispbread.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Top with pepperoni.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
