Ingredients
- 2 Cups tropical fruit medley partially thawed
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Mint chopped, fresh
- 1/2 Teaspoon lime juice
- 1 Cup Watermelon or honeydew, or cantaloupe chunks
- 1 Cup blueberries
Instructions
- Combine tropical medley, pineapple juice, mint, lime juice, watermelon and blueberries in bowl. Toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
