Minted Tropical Medley Salad

Combining tropical fruit with watermelon and blueberries for a refreshing salad.

  • 2 Cups tropical fruit medley partially thawed
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint chopped, fresh
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 Cup Watermelon or honeydew, or cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 Cup blueberries


  1. Combine tropical medley, pineapple juice, mint, lime juice, watermelon and blueberries in bowl. Toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
