Ingredients
- 1-2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
- 1-2 Teaspoons garlic minced or crushed
- 1 Bag Explore Asian Red Rice Noodles
- 3 Carrots peeled and shredded
- 1 Large Handful Bean Sprouts
- 1-2 Tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/2 Cup Tamari Ginger Dressing
Instructions
- In a frying pan or wok add oil and heat until the oil has started to sizzle (medium to high heat).
- Add garlic (and onions if desired) into the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add vegetables into the pan and stir for 3-5 minutes (or until soft).
- Add Explore Asian Noodles and mix together.
- Add Tamari Ginger dressing and Soy Sauce and stir until well combined (noodles will look darker and start to clump together).
- Season with salt and pepper.
