Pad Thai Noodles

  • 1-2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1-2 Teaspoons garlic minced or crushed
  • 1 Bag Explore Asian Red Rice Noodles
  • 3 Carrots peeled and shredded
  • 1 Large Handful Bean Sprouts
  • 1-2 Tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Tamari Ginger Dressing


  1. In a frying pan or wok add oil and heat until the oil has started to sizzle (medium to high heat).
  2. Add garlic (and onions if desired) into the pan and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add vegetables into the pan and stir for 3-5 minutes (or until soft).
  4. Add Explore Asian Noodles and mix together.
  5. Add Tamari Ginger dressing and Soy Sauce and stir until well combined (noodles will look darker and start to clump together).
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
