PB Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter natural
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1 cup rice cereal crisp
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Dried Fruit
- 2 scoops protein powder optional
- 2 tbsp flaxseed ground, optional
Instructions
- In a saucepan over heat, add honey, peanut butter, and butter. Stir until loosened and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cereal, oats, dried fruit, and other optional ingredients.
- Drop a tablespoonful of mixture into each lined cupcake tin, OR spread in baking tin approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Refrigerate approximately 15 minutes until set.
- For bars, cut with sharp knife and remove from pan with spatula.
