PB Granola Bars

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter natural
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup rice cereal crisp
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Dried Fruit
  • 2 scoops protein powder optional
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground, optional


  1. In a saucepan over heat, add honey, peanut butter, and butter. Stir until loosened and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in cereal, oats, dried fruit, and other optional ingredients.
  4. Drop a tablespoonful of mixture into each lined cupcake tin, OR spread in baking tin approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Refrigerate approximately 15 minutes until set.
  6. For bars, cut with sharp knife and remove from pan with spatula.
