- 1 Cup Snyder's of Hanover Gluten-Free Mini Pretzels
- 1 Pound Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 8 Eggs beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Soak chicken breasts in eggs.
- Crush the gluten-free pretzels by hand or in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Coat chicken in pretzel crumbs, and add salt and spices to taste.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until desired doneness.
