Pretzel Chicken Fingers

  • 1 Cup Snyder's of Hanover Gluten-Free Mini Pretzels
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 8 Eggs beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Soak chicken breasts in eggs.
  3. Crush the gluten-free pretzels by hand or in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  4. Coat chicken in pretzel crumbs, and add salt and spices to taste.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until desired doneness.
