Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes, peeled
  • 5 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes and water in the rice cooker’s inner pot and choose the [Steam] function. Set the timer for 45 minutes and press Start.
  2. Grab a rice paddle or plastic masher and mash the potatoes inside the inner pot.
  3. Add milk, olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper, and mix until the potatoes are fluffy and smooth. Serve.
