Jessica’s Natural Foods
Sour Cream Coffee Cake
- 1 package of Jessica’s Natural Foods Muffin Mix
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 cup pecans, diced small
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an “8×8” pan.
- Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine Jessica’s Muffin mix, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle the topping mix on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.
