Soy Sauce Grilled Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts thin-sliced
  • 5 Tablespoons San-J Tamari Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Seasoning Salt


  1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and seasoning salt in a bowl using a whisk.
  2. Preheat grill or Panini Press to high and lightly oil the surface when ready.
  3. Dip both sides of each chicken breast in the sauce and grill for 4-6 minutes, or press for about 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
