Vegan Beer Brownies

  • 2 Tablespoons Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Plus 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Enjoy Life All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8×8 pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all liquid ingredients and chia seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine all remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour wet into dry, stir to combine, and pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 13-17 minutes. Brownies may look underdone when they come out of the oven if you only keep them in for 13 minutes, but if you refrigerate them overnight, they will become more firm.
  6. These taste much better the next day after the flavors have fully absorbed.
