Vegan Cauliflower Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 8 Ounces Gluten-Free Pasta
  • 4 Cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 Cup So Delicious Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper or to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a low boil.
  3. Once boiling, cook for another 3-7 minutes until fork tender. Drain.
  4. Add cooked cauliflower, and all remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
