Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Living Now Gluten-Free Pasta any shape that you like!
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1/3 Cup Raw Cashews soaked for 1-2 hours
- 3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Place the pumpkin, cashews, veggie broth, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, liquid smoke, sea salt, and turmeric in a blender or food processor and puree until completely smooth.
- Once the pasta is done cooking, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Pour the cheese sauce into the pot with the pasta and stir to coat.
