Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, blueberries, or cranberries)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ cup sunflower butter
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional – but yummy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a food processor, add the dry ingredients and pulse until finely chopped and then add honey and sunflower butter and pulse until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×9 greased pan, greased then line with parchment and press down into the pan until completely flat.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes 20 bars.
