Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add potatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently until potatoes are lightly crisp.
  5. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro. Serve warm.
