Ingredients
- 2 small cooked beets
- 1 15oz can garbanzo beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup flaxseed oil
- 1 1/2 tsp beet powder
- Salt & Pepper
- To serve
- Crushed pistachios
- Coconut yoghurt
Instructions
- Blend cooked beets, drained garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, flaxseed oil, beet powder, salt & pepper
- Place humous mix into bowl, add a swirl of natural coconut yoghurt on top and crushed pistachios
- Serve with Nairn’s Oat Crackers
