Crab & Citrus Salsa

  • 2 cans Crown Prince Natural Lump White Crab Meat drained and rinsed
  • 4 Tomatoes chopped
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 red chili seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
  2. Serve with a platter of your favorite gluten-free crackers or celery and carrot sticks.
