Ingredients
- 1 can Crown Prince Natural Tongol Tuna drained & flaked
- 9 oz gluten-free cheese tortellini cooked according to the package directions and cooled
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and mustard. Pour over the tuna mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
