Grape, Walnut and Tuna Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Crown Prince Natural Tongol Tuna drained & flaked
  • 9 oz gluten-free cheese tortellini cooked according to the package directions and cooled
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and mustard. Pour over the tuna mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
